The Michelin star is the Michelin Red Guide. The guide awards one to three stars to a small number of restaurants of outstanding quality. Since 1955, the guide has also highlighted restaurants offering "good food at moderate prices", a feature now called "Bib Gourmand".The guide also recognizes many restaurants without any stars or Bib Gourmands. These restaurants are usually rated solely on the scale of "forks and knives".The forks and knives rating is given to all restaurants recognized in the guide, and range from one to five, one fork and knife being "Quite comfortable restaurant" and five being "Luxurious restaurant".If the forks and knives are colored red they designate the restaurant to be "pleasant" as well. The forks and knives scale is designated to speak of the overall comfortability and quality of the restaurant, however any listing in the guide requires a relatively high standard of the kitchen as well. Restaurants, independently of their other ratings in the guide, can also receive a number of other symbols next to their listing.
The Michelin star as a important role in hospitality industry.Because it has a long history in the world.And the Michelin Red Guide will be published every year.Not only the professional visitors attent to the evaluation,many travellers will refer to this evaluation.If the hotels or restautants have the star,it seems that the hotels or restautants are satisfied by visitors and good in the tourism.Many people will choose the good destinations by this evaluation.
If I'm a general manger of a five star hotle ,I will apply the Michelin star for my hotel.Because when Michelin gave a good mark for my hotel,that mean they identify the survise quality of my hotel.In other way when the clients saw the mark Michelin had given.Maybe they think it to be worth cost a lot for the high quality survice .Thought it,many people will know more about our hotel and identify us.

From my point of view, security plays an extremely important role in the aviation. The improvement of technology and the prevention of terrorists' attacks can greatly increase airplanes' safety level which can let passengers feel more comfortable and relaxed when they choose to travel by air.When people realize how safety it is to travel by air,more and more people will choose this way of transportation. It will bring benefits to the air industry's income and also creates more job opportunities to the society.
Because of the number of passenger is huge,the importance of railway-safety is beyond all doubt.At first train runs on the railway,so it's sure that accidents will less than other forms.But the accidents still frequently occur,and most are controling fault.The railway operator or ministry is responsible for the safe operation of the rail system and with it,the use of safe equipment and the guarantee of safe signalling and control.The management of equipment and control is important.In another way speed up is provided with safety potential.
Shipping business is a ancient and young Industry。With the development of science and technology，in the shipping business，the number of the Passengers ，ship and capacity are rapidly growing。So Obviously security of the ship is very important。
1 ship have a big capacity。So safe question is very important。Just a little mistake can influence passengers safety。
2 ship always in the sea。If have some question of safety 。Rescue is very difficult。 So Management procedures must be standardized。

Improve safety performance can be two ways to start. First, the internal installation of safety airbags can change the car shell material, improved ABS and so on。Secondly, the external can improve the road conditions, good quality roads outside of the possibility of the occurrence of traffic will be reduced.
So our group think airplane is the safest mode of passenger trransport.As we known, airplane was invented in 1914.The air passenger started from 1920’s.After nearly 100 years development,the aerobus is the safest mode.Maybe some people think the air crash lead to many people dead,but we should notice the probability of carsh is 1/2000000.No matter from any statistics,the death of air crash is lowest.The more diffcult,the more requisition.Therefore,a variety of aerobus safety equipment are superior to other modes of transport.And all the pilots go through the rigorous training.There’s no doubt that their perfessional competence.Actually,the other modes of transport crash is higher than air.So we can set our mind at aerobus.
